Financial accounting
General ledger, bank and cash management, period control, and statutory and management reporting.
Established SME and mid-market accounting
A long-established family of accounting products with a large installed base in Nigeria, including many businesses running older on-premise versions.
Our relationship with this platform: Independent implementation, migration and support. We are not an authorised reseller and do not hold a vendor certification unless stated otherwise in writing.
General ledger, bank and cash management, period control, and statutory and management reporting.
Customer and supplier records, invoicing, credit control, purchase orders and payment processing.
Stock control and invoicing functionality in the trading-oriented products, suitable for many distribution and retail businesses.
Payroll products exist within the Sage family for various markets. Nigerian statutory payroll requirements are confirmed during scoping and commonly handled alongside a dedicated payroll process.
Available in the higher editions, with the specific capability depending on product and version.
Standard financial reports with layout customisation in most editions, plus export for external analysis.
Sage spans on-premise desktop products and cloud offerings, and the installed base in Nigeria includes many older on-premise versions. That matters practically: an older version may be unsupported, may not run on current operating systems, and may have licensing and backup responsibilities sitting with the business. Where a business is on an unsupported version, the real decision is between upgrading within the family, moving to a cloud edition, or moving platform entirely — and that decision should be made on requirements, not on habit.
Standard financial and ledger reports are available, with layout customisation in most editions. Where management reporting needs exceed what the product produces directly, we design a routine export and reporting process. Integration options depend heavily on the specific product and version in use, so we confirm them during scoping rather than assuming.
For existing Sage users, training focuses on what has changed and on the processes that were not being used properly — period control, reconciliation discipline and report configuration are common gaps. For migrations, training covers the new environment end to end. Written procedures are provided and support continues through the first year-end.
Every platform has boundaries. Knowing them before you commit is cheaper than discovering them after.
The table below is a starting point for a conversation. Editions, market availability and features change, and we confirm specifics against your situation during the assessment.

It depends on the version, the support status and your requirements. If the product still fits and is supported, staying and configuring it properly is often the right answer. If it is unsupported or no longer fits, we will tell you and set out the options — including staying where you are if that is genuinely best.
Yes. We extract the data, assess its condition, cleanse it, agree opening balances and reconcile. Where history is extensive we usually migrate opening balances plus the current year and retain the old installation read-only.
Often, yes. Many Sage problems are configuration and process problems: an unusable chart of accounts, no period control, unreconciled ledgers, stock that does not match. Fixing those is usually far cheaper than migrating.
The vendor or its reseller directly. We do not mark up licences and we do not require you to buy through us.
Yes. Ad-hoc support and periodic reviews are available for businesses that simply need someone who knows the platform and the accounts.
Sage is accounting-led; ZhiftERP is an ERP with accounting inside it. If your reporting depends on stock, purchasing, production or project data, the ERP approach usually wins. If your needs are financial, Sage may be the more economical choice. We assess both against your requirements.
We are independent of the vendors. We will tell you if this platform is right for you, and we will tell you if it is not.
