If the answer is that you need something we do not do, or that you do not need anything yet, we will say so and point you in the right direction.
A clear indication of scope and cost
We may not be able to quote on the first call — most engagements need an assessment first — but you will leave knowing what the next step is and roughly what it involves.
No obligation and no pressure
The consultation is free. If you decide not to proceed, that is the end of it; we do not run a persistent follow-up sequence.
Helpful to have ready
- A short description of the business: what you do, roughly how many staff, and where you operate.
- What prompted the enquiry — a specific problem, a deadline, a system that no longer fits.
- Your current accounting software or process, and who handles the books today.
- Any deadline you are working towards, such as a filing date, an audit, a funding round or a system cut-over.
- Who else would need to be involved in a decision.
You do not need to prepare anything formal. If you come with nothing but the problem, that is enough to have a useful conversation.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. We use it to understand the situation and to tell you honestly whether there is work worth doing.
How quickly will you confirm a time?
We aim to acknowledge every request within one working day and to confirm a time in the same response. If your request is urgent, message us on WhatsApp and say so.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, at our Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt offices, or at your premises. Video and phone calls work well for a first conversation and save travel time.
What if I am outside Nigeria?
Tell us your timezone in the form and we will convert the time when we confirm. We work with clients based outside Nigeria who have Nigerian operations.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, at any time, without explanation. Reply to the confirmation message or call the office and we will move it.
Will you keep calling me afterwards?
No. If you decide not to proceed, that is the end of it. We only send marketing messages to people who have opted in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
