Our services

Services for financial clarity and connected operations

Seven services, three disciplines. Most engagements begin with one of them and reveal a need for another — which is normal, and which is why we keep accounting, systems and advisory in the same team.

What each service covers

Every service page follows the same structure, so you can compare them: who it is for, the problems it addresses, scope and deliverables, how the engagement works, what we need from you, what you can reasonably expect, and what affects fees and timelines.

ERP & Accounting Software Implementation

Most businesses do not fail with software because they bought the wrong product. They fail because nobody designed how the business would run inside it. We take an accounting-led approach to…

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping is not data entry. Done properly it is the discipline that turns daily transactions into numbers a managing director can rely on. We run the ledger, keep it reconciled, and produce…

Tax Management & Compliance

Nigerian tax compliance has become more digital and more actively enforced. What protects a business is not last-minute filing but clean records, a clear understanding of what applies, and a…

Audit & Assurance

Assurance work is about giving an independent view — to a board, a lender, a donor or management — that the numbers and the controls behind them hold up. Some of that work is regulated and must be…

Financial Advisory & Risk Management

Advisory work is useful when a decision has to be made and the numbers behind it are not clear. We analyse the position, model the options, quantify the risks, and set out what each choice…

Business Process Improvement

Software only automates the process you give it. If the process is unclear, undocumented and dependent on individuals, the system simply records the confusion faster. We look at how work actually…

Start-up & Business Support

Most early-stage businesses do not fail from a lack of ideas. They fail from cash they did not plan for, a structure that does not suit what they became, and records that cannot answer an…

How we work

The same sequence, whatever the engagement

A defined scope before work starts, a named output from each phase, and everything documented so you keep it whether or not you continue with us.

  1. Understand the business and its priorities

We start with what you are trying to achieve and what is getting in the way. Not with a product demonstration.

  2. Assess financial processes and systems

We review the records, the processes and the systems, and speak to the people doing the work — because what management believes happens and what happens are often different.

  3. Recommend and agree the scope

A written scope stating what is included, what is excluded, what we need from you, and what success looks like. We set out exclusions as clearly as inclusions.

  4. Implement the solution and support adoption

We build, test and train, then support the team through the first period on the new process or system. Adoption is part of the work, not an afterthought.

  5. Review performance and provide ongoing support

We measure against what we agreed at the start and continue on agreed terms. A change nobody reviews is a change that decays.

What we do not do

The limits of what we promise

  • We do not publish fixed prices, because the drivers behind cost vary too much for a published figure to be honest.
  • We do not guarantee tax savings, funding or business outcomes.
  • We do not publish performance statistics or client counts we cannot evidence.
  • We do not claim vendor certification or partner status unless we hold it in writing.
  • We do not describe an engagement as a statutory audit unless the responsible licensed practice is confirmed.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Which service should we start with?

If you are not sure, start with a consultation. Roughly: if the numbers are unreliable or late, start with accounting and bookkeeping. If the systems cannot produce the numbers you need, start with ERP implementation. If the numbers are fine but the decisions are hard, start with financial advisory. Most businesses end up needing two of the three eventually.

Can we take more than one service at a time?

Yes, and it is common. Accounting and tax compliance run together naturally, and an ERP implementation almost always includes process work. We scope combined engagements so the work is not duplicated and the fee reflects that.

Do you work with businesses outside Lagos?

Yes. We have offices in Abuja and Port Harcourt as well, and we work with clients across Nigeria. Much of the work is remote, with on-site sessions where presence adds value.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the service and our current commitments. Bookkeeping and tax engagements can often start quickly once records are handed over. Implementation projects are scheduled, because they need your team’s time as well as ours.

What if we only need a one-off piece of work?

That is a normal engagement. A tax health review, a control review, a due diligence exercise or a software assessment can each stand alone. We quote it as a defined piece of work with a defined output.

Not sure which service you need?

That is what the consultation is for. Tell us the problem and we will tell you what would actually help — including if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
